Cancellation policy: In the rare event that your scheduled tee time is cancelled due to a club event, tournament, or course closure, you will be allocated a complimentary makeup round to redeem at a mutually agreed upon date during the same season. Briarwood Country Club will notify affected members as early as possible in the event of any such cancellation.

A Standing Tee Membership is a brand new concept — instead of booking a tee time each week and hoping for availability, you own a recurring slot that is yours every other week for the entire season. Same day, same time, same group. No app, no lottery, no last-minute scramble. You simply show up.

Choose your group
Select Group A (starts week of Nov 2) or Group B (starts week of Nov 9). Each group plays every other week for 13 rounds through April.

Pick your tee time
Choose the day and time that fits your life. Your exact 13 play dates are shown before you commit. Book as a twosome or foursome.

Pay once for the season
One payment locks in your tee time for all 13 rounds. No re-booking, no lottery, no uncertainty — just show up on your day and play.

Keep it for next season
Winter members get first access to summer. Summer members secure their winter slot for the following year — the loyalty loop that rewards staying in.
Booking your group
Twosomes and foursomes only. One payment covers your whole group.
Every tee time holds exactly 4 player spots. When you book, you're claiming 2 or 4 of those spots and paying for your entire group in a single checkout — the season fee per player, multiplied by the number of players in your group.

Want to keep the whole tee time to your group? Book as a foursome and all 4 spots are yours. If you only book a twosome and the other 2 spots are later claimed by a separate pair, you'll be paired with them every round — a great way to meet other members, but worth knowing upfront.

Tee times are non-transferable.
One member can't make it?
Any member may invite a guest to fill that spot at no charge. Guests play as the personal guest of the member.
No members can make it?
The tee time may not be sold, transferred, or given to a non-member. It simply goes unplayed that week.
At least one member must play
A named member must be present at every round. The membership cannot be used solely by guests.
